Service Description

90 min full body therapy which includes back, arms, legs, head and face with Ayurvedic medicated herbal oils. It helps to remove waste materials, rejuvenates and relieve aches and pains caused by the obstruction of the flow of energy. This massage is especially beneficial for back related issues, sciatica, shoulder pain, bad circulation in legs/feet and arms/hands etc. Therapy includes Marma point stimulation which helps to unblock the energy and balance the Chakras. Pinda sweda (or hot herbal Poultice) is used to induce sweating and ease stiffness and pain. Oils are chosen according to your Ayurvedic dosha and imbalance.
